Clean Your Tub! Scouring Powder

This is where it all started! While trying to find natural alternatives to conventional cleaning products, I started making this scouring powder to use on our tubs, toilets, and sinks.  It's called Clean Your Tub!, but it cleans a whole lot more than just tubs.  A little goes a long way, and it works best with minimal water when you're cleaning the sink or tub. 

Simply sprinkle the powder on your grungy surface, rub with a cloth or brush, and rinse clean. For greasy or stubborn spills, sprinkle some Clean Your Tub! on the stain and spray with a mixture of vinegar and water.  Remember that foamy volcano from science class?  That same foamy action will degrease your counter and make clean up a breeze!

I've added tea tree oil to the powder to ensure it's antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-fungal.  Each pound of scouring powder comes in a glass jar sealed with shrink wrap.  Refills are available without the jar in a paper bag, but must be kept in an air-tight container.
