Shipping

I currently ship via the United States Postal Service.  I will always choose the fastest, least expensive shipping option available unless directed otherwise. 

Some custom-made sewn items such as baby slings and toys may need some lead time to create to your specifications.  I'll let you know upfront if that's the case.  Your items will ship as soon as possible after they are finished. 

I ship in sturdy boxes or envelopes, use recycled packaging where possible, and take every precaution to make sure that your products arrive to you in the condition which I'd like to receive them myself.  If you ever have any problem with a shipment from Baileys Basics, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately for resolution. 

Customers who are local are encouraged to pick up their items, or we can offer delivery.  If you are in Rockingham or Augusta Counties, or in Harrisonburg, Virginia, I'd love to offer you pick-up/delivery of your items.  Anywhere within the Shenandoah Valley is eligible for this service instead of paying postage.
